Before our Process Mapping Session you will complete your Onboarding Questionnaire.
This collects all your basic business information, plus things like your branding, social links, accounting categories and so much more.

LET THE MAGIC BEGIN
This session will officially kick off your setup. Its where you map our your dreamy client experience and the back office processes to make that happen. After this session we’ll have a step by step plan for the setup!

THE DETAILS
The last bit of admin is a customised implementation questionnaire that I pull together following our mapping session. It will include all the assets and final bits of information needed for your system. Once this is done, it is over to me!

Once I am finished, we will jump on a zoom call and go over your system and how the dreamy client experience has been set up.
After our call you will get the full recording so you can refer back to it and share it with your team (or VA) and I’ll be around for 30 days after for any tweaks, questions and general support you need!

How long will my setup take?
As long as you complete your questionnaires on time, your build will be complete within 8 weeks after your Process Mapping Session.
If you do not complete your questionnaires on time, your completion date may be pushed back, and additional fees will apply. On the flip side, if you are all over the paperwork, you will get it completed sooner!
Is this for a very new business?
This is generally the best fit for a business that has been running around a year, has a good idea of what they are delivering and how that works & who are ready to invest in streamlining and automating the shit out of their business.
I would recommend booking in a Strategy Session with me (Business Operations Bootcamp) to nail out your processes before we dive into a build!
How much training do I get?
I want to be super clear, it is ON YOU to learn the system for your own use of it!
But I will:
✅ Discuss in detail the features we will use in Dubsado & where to find them.
✅ Show you every step of every workflow I’ve created for you.
✅ Do a full handover and 1:1 off boarding video, along with 30 days of support for those tweaks & questions.
I get it, its a BIG investment but I have spent years learning the ins and outs of how Dubsado works, so you get all of my tried and tested knowledge, skip the overwhelm of trying to get your head around Dubsado, save you hours of head scratching and get to the best part... auto-magic!
