Being by the sea is my reset button, my calm in the chaos, and the place where everything clicks back into focus.
I work as an Operations Partner, the kind of ongoing, hands-on support that's also known as an Online Business Manager, or OBM. I’m all about building businesses that feel good to run. That means ditching the pressure to be “always on” and instead focusing on ease, clarity, and alignment.
I believe in creating systems that support you! Whether that means simplifying your tools, building in more structure or flexibility, or making things more visual and less overwhelming. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, and we always work in a way that honours how you operate best.
Because business shouldn’t feel like a battle. It should feel like it’s finally making sense.
You’ll probably find me with a coffee in hand, snuggled down and lost in a world of books or waist-deep in the sea.
When I’m not mapping workflows or
untangling a messy backend..
You can be anything you choose to be.

Proactive, forward thinking input to help you not just fix problems, but future-proof your business.
What you can expect
The way I work is smart
Yes, I love a good system. But more than that, I believe in creating solutions that fit you. Everything we build is designed around your business, your goals & the way you actually like to work.
My clients love
the way my brain works!
Katie has been doing systems work for me for the past 6 months and I can't believe how quickly things have changed for the better. I employ up to 25 staff with hundreds of clients and Katie has managed to help me get everything in order for quite a complex booking process. They are a huge asset for businesses of all sizes and I don't think you can get started soon enough! The investment is so worth it.
