Some days, it’s a miracle you even open your laptop, let alone make decisions, follow a process, or remember what that one Post-it meant. (You are not alone!)

Here’s what’s helped me (& my clients) bring a little more order to the chaos:

🧠 ClickUp templates for anything I do more than twice
⏳ 25-min timers to trick my brain into starting
✅ One ‘must-do’ task a day. Just one. The rest is a win.

It’s not about productivity hacks. It’s about support, especially if your brain isn’t wired the way most advice assumes.

You’re not scattered. You’re solving problems in your own way.

You’re not lazy. You’re building something while managing more than most people see.

So if you need a different rhythm, a different kind of structure, this is your reminder that you get to do it your way.

No fixing required. Just systems that get you.

I used to check emails at 10pm.

Convince myself I’d just ‘quickly’ reply to one last message.

Finish admin at midnight and wonder why I woke up exhausted.

Not anymore.

My evenings are sacred. The laptop closes. The brain slows down. I actually rest. I do the things I WANT to do.. go to the gym, read a book, take a hot bath...

And you know what happened?…..The business didn't break...

✨ I got better clients.
✨ I made faster decisions.
✨ I stopped feeling resentful of the business I used to love.

Your work doesn’t get better because you’re always on.

It gets better when you’re switched on and properly switched off.

So if you’re still running on fumes thinking that makes you more ‘dedicated’? It doesn't.

It just makes you tired. (Been there, done that, got the t-shirt!)

You don’t have to work all the hours to earn your worth. You just need better systems, better boundaries, and a reminder that rest is strategic too.

Scaling looks sexy online.
But it’s not all sh*ts and giggles, I can tell you!

👉 You will drop balls
👉 You will feel overwhelmed
👉 You will have to let go of control (that’s the hard bit, speaking as a bit of a control freak)

But it’s also where the magic happens.

When you start delegating, automating and streamlining, you business finally works the way you want it too (without you being the bottleneck!)

Growth doesn’t mean doing more.
It means doing better, with support.

No-one can do everything themselves, it’s impossible. Focus on your skill set, what lights you up & hand over the other bits to someone that has the skills and time you might be missing (in walks moi..!)

June has been a blast!

It was a month of lots of work, but also some serious TLC, self care and a holiday thrown into the mix!

I can't stress how important taking time out for YOU is.

You need to rest, to come back and be the best version of you that you can be.

So if you haven't booked that pamper appointment, read that book or booked a mini break.. do it.

Your future self will thank you. Promise!

Like, why did I wait so long to do it?

I’ve sacked off the full on five day slog. Fridays are now my sacred “on the biz” days.

No client calls, no inbox chaos, no brain-melt. Just me, my ideas, and (sometimes) a pilates class that’s more huffing, swearing, and hoping no one’s watching than anything peaceful. 😂

Honestly though, it’s a game-changer.

I used to roll into Mondays feeling like I’d been hit by a bus, already behind before the week had even started. Now? Mondays feel calm. Organised. I’ve got my sh*t together.

Fridays are where I step back, zoom out, and work on the stuff that actually moves the needle. The offers, content, planning, all the boss energy things hat we just don’t get time for while we are in the DOING mode during the week.

And I swear, I’m getting more done in four days than I ever did in five.

It’s not about slacking off. It’s about finally having space to breathe. To think. To not feel like I’m on a hamster wheel powered by panic and coffee.

So, if you’re stuck in that loop where you’re constantly doing but never getting ahead, try it. Start with half a day if you need to. Guard it like your sanity depends on it. Because honestly? It might.
