This is a minimum six-month operational partnership where I work alongside you to align your systems, strengthen your processes and build the kind of backend infrastructure that supports how you want to run your business and keeps it running that way.
It is not a VA arrangement. It is not surface-level strategy. It is not me managing your team on your behalf.
It is a working partnership. You stay in the business doing what you do best. I work with you to make sure the operational side is built, functioning and running in a way that genuinely supports it. That means strategic thinking and real operational involvement, not just a plan handed over and left with you to implement.

The minimum commitment is six months. That's intentional. Real operational change takes time to embed properly.
